Our Story

Where food, culture and people meet

Alef is the culinary home of the National Library of Israel in Jerusalem, set in the landmark building designed by Herzog & de Meuron. Here, among light, concrete and open views of the city, food, design and people come together.

Alef is a food and beverage group running cafés, a bakery and pâtisserie, and event spaces in a unique cultural and architectural setting.
